• As of January 1, 2020 there is NO LIMIT on the VA loan limit. You can use your VA loan twice and simultaneously without a limit.
• If you have a VA Disability Rating you are entitled to a tax reduction or even an exception in the State of Texas. 
• The Veterans Land Board (VLB) offers qualifying veterans borrowing opportunity directly from the State of Texas. You are able to purchase land up to $150,000 per transaction. The land is purchased at a competitive interest rate according to the VLB official site.
